When you use Retta, we may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, account information, household inventory information, product preferences, replenishment settings, retailer preferences, and information you provide when contacting us.

We may also collect information generated through your use of Retta, including product barcodes, product names and brands, inventory quantities, replenishment thresholds, product usage information, connected-device measurements, and interactions with features within the Services.

When you use a connected Retta device or compatible sensor, we may process measurements such as product weight or quantity to determine inventory levels and help provide inventory and replenishment features.

We may also collect limited technical information about your device and use of the Services, such as device type, operating system, app version, diagnostic information, and similar information necessary to operate, secure, and improve Retta.

Retta may allow users to create or access an account using third-party authentication services, such as Google Sign-In.

When you choose to use a third-party sign-in provider, Retta may receive basic account information authorized by you and the provider, such as your name, email address, and account identifier.

Retta does not receive your Google password.

Information received through Google APIs will be handled in accordance with applicable Google API Services policies and user-data requirements.

Retta may use product-information services and retailer services to identify products, display product information, compare availability or pricing, or help users replenish household products.

If you choose to visit or purchase from a third-party retailer, that retailer may collect information directly from you under its own privacy policy.

Retta may participate in affiliate or referral programs and may receive compensation when users make qualifying purchases through certain links. Where applicable, Retta will provide disclosures required by law.

Retta may offer features that allow users to establish preferences for product replenishment, including preferred retailers, price limits, inventory thresholds, and other purchasing rules.

Retta will only initiate purchasing functionality when the user has enabled or authorized the applicable feature. Additional terms or authorizations may apply before automated purchasing features become available.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Retta, such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, product-information, communications, and technology providers.

We may also share information when necessary to complete an action requested or authorized by you, comply with applicable law, protect the security and integrity of Retta, or protect the rights and safety of Retta, our users, or others.

We do not sell personal information for money.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and meet legal, security, and operational requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no electronic system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may be able to review or modify certain account, inventory, notification, and replenishment settings through Retta.

You may also contact us to request information about your personal information or request deletion of your account or personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Retta is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Retta develops and our Services change. When we make changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this policy. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
